All park public restrooms will have water service turned off, and facilities will be locked from Friday, January 23, through Monday, January 26.
Lindale: Faulkner Park will be closed at 5pm on Friday, and will remain closed through the weekend.
Longview Parks and Recreation: Will be cancelling several events scheduled for the weekend and Monday, including all youth and adult basketball games, and 5K scheduled for Saturday. Advisory Board Meeting for Monday has also been cancelled.
Rusk Chamber of Commerce: The annual gala is postponed and now be held on January 29th. Doors open at 6:30pm

School Sporting Events:
Elkhart ISD: Cancelled and moved up a number of events scheduled for the weekend. The mini cheer performance will now be Friday, Feb. 3rd.
Jasper High School: The Jasper Baseball Banquet has been rescheduled due to inclement weather. The event will now be held Saturday, February 7th, 2026, with doors opening at 6 p.m.
Jasper Boys Soccer: No Travel on Saturday
Jasper Softball: Scrimmage for Saturday is canecelled

San Augustine Secondary: The JH West Sabine basketball tournament originally set for Jan. 24 has been moved to Jan. 31.
