Why is attending church important?
You were not meant to walk this journey with Christ alone.
Hebrews 10:25 says “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”
To be a light in this dark world.
John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
To bear one another’s burdens.
Galatians 6:2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
For your children.
Proverbs 22:6 “Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he won’t depart from it.”
To grow with other believers.
Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
